        Projektiranje, projektantski nadzor i ishođenje dozvola u sklopu predmetnog ugovora za grupu 1 obuhvaćaju slijedeće Aktivnosti (1-6):

        1. Analiza postojećeg stanja lokacije OB Varaždin i prijedlog novog prostornog rješenja smještaja novih i reorganizacije postojećih sadržaja na postojećoj lokaciji u skladu sa primjenjivom HR legislativom i važećim prostornim planovima (Aktivnost 1);

        2. Izrada arhitektonsko urbanističkog idejnog rješenja smještaja novih i reorganizacije postojećih sadržaja OB Varaždin (Aktivnost 2);

        3. Usluge projektiranja, odnosno izrade Idejnog projekta OHBP-a i Dnevne bolnice koje uključuju i slijedeće usluge: izradu projektnog programa (tehnološkog projekta – 1.dio) i ishođenje posebnih uvjeta javnopravnih tijela (Aktivnost 3);

        4. Usluge projektiranja, odnosno izrade Glavnog projekta, ishođenje potvrda glavnog projekta i ishođenje Građevinske dozvole za izgradnju Dnevne bolnice/jednodnevne kirurgije i Objedinjenog hitnog bolničkog prijema (OHBP) (Aktivnost 4);

        5. Usluge projektiranja, odnosno izrade Izvedbenog projekta za izgradnju Dnevne bolnice/jednodnevne kirurgije i Objedinjenog hitnog bolničkog prijema (OHBP-a) u Općoj bolnici Varaždin“ (Aktivnost 5);
