         Predmet nabave je: najam dostavnih vozila putem operativnog leasinga.

         Vozila moraju biti nova, godina proizvodnje 2016., tj posljednji dostupni model u trenutku isporuke.

         Tehnička specifikacija predmeta nabave određena je Specifikacijama po klasama vozila od V7 do V20.

         S obzirom da je očekivano da se u razdoblju trajanja leasinga od 4 godine modeli vozila promjene s obzirom na konstantne izmjene i dorade vozila od strane proizvođača, ponuditelj se obvezuje da će tijekom trajanja eventualnog ugovornog odnosa s naručiteljem, a u slučaju prestanka proizvodnje, isporučivati modele vodeći se trenutnim stanjem proizvodnog programa, te isporučivati naručitelju modele vozila koji u tom trenutku po svojim odlikama predstavljaju zadnje dostupne modele na tržištu (motor, oprema, linija i sl.), što ne smije imati nikakve posljedice na ugovorene cijene stavki i tehničke značajke tražene opreme. Drugim riječima, isporučena vozila trebaju biti uvijek istih ili boljih tehničkih značajki od ugovorenih. Prethodno se posebno odnosi na ugovorena vozila koja se u trenutku naručivanja više ne proizvode ili nisu dobavljiva iz nekih drugih razloga.
